A professionally cleaned home sells for an average of $60-$90k more than the rest. Buyers automatically think; if a home is dirty, the homeowners probably didn’t properly care for the home, including changing filters, cleaning gutters, etc.

While we have explored other avenues of (cleaning) business, we and the residential cleaning market are well-suited. It is therefore not surprising, our business has always remained centered on residential cleaning, regardless of where other pursuits have taken us. In short; we always return to our first love.

When We Do It

• Weekly: We recommend a weekly cleaning schedule for busy families with work, kids, and pets.

• Bi-Weekly: We recommend a bi-weekly cleaning schedule for empty nesters, and retirees who would like us to help keep their home beautifully maintained.

• Monthly: We recommend a monthly cleaning schedule for those who keep a very neat and tidy home, but want some extra help doing a little deeper clean to assure their home is always in top condition.

• 2^nd Homeowners:

  • Arrival / Departure: We will come in prior to your arrival and make sure your home is fresh and tidy for you. We will come in after departure to clean your home and make sure everything is clean and put away until your next arrival.
  • Intermittent: We know how hectic and demanding your schedule can be. We understand the need to tailor services to fit even the most irregular schedule.
